Aditya School of Banking is inviting applications for the position of Political Science Teacher to train aspirants preparing for ADRE, DME, Assam Police, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual understanding, exam-focused teaching ability, and the skill to connect theory with current exam trends.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Indian Polity and Political Science as per ADRE, DME, Assam Police syllabus

Cover topics such as Constitution of India, Fundamental Rights & Duties, DPSP, Parliament, Judiciary, State Government, and Local Bodies

Explain concepts with examples, case-based questions, and MCQs

Prepare concise notes, practice sets, and revision modules

Conduct regular tests, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions

Update students with current affairs related to Polity

Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus completion and exam updates

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation/Post-Graduation in Political Science or related discipline

Experience in teaching competitive exams (ADRE/DME/Police/SSC/State Exams preferred)

Strong command over Indian Polity and constitutional concepts

Ability to teach in English / Assamese / Hindi (any two preferred)

Effective communication and classroom management skills

Experience

Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply

Prior coaching institute experience will be an added advantage

Job Type & Timings

Part-Time: Morning / Evening batches

Full-Time: Fixed teaching hours as per institute schedule
