Pool and Landscape Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Landscape & Pool Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of landscaping and swimming pool works with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and requirements.
• Ensure cost efficiency and profitability in project estimates.
• Collaborate with the design, project, and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscaping and swimming pool estimation.
• Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market rates in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month
• Visa: 2-year employment visa provided
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Overtime available
