Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their poolside experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and garnishes efficiently.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage TOAST POS systems and cash handling.
• Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety protocols around the pool area while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods effectively through time management skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending is required. Banquet or food service experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of TOAST POS system along with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours.
• Previous experience working in hospitality settings or catering events is desirable.
