About The Role

The Pool Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the pool and beach areas. This role ensures a relaxing and luxurious experience by anticipating guest needs, maintaining cleanliness, and providing prompt and courteous service.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism.
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.
• Ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
