Omni Hilton Head is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly service while creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a clean, professional, top-quality bar experience for our guests.
As a Bartender, you will craft memorable guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage knowledge, and a polished presentation that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and make recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ID verification procedures
• Accurately process orders and handle cash/credit transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods
• Uphold Omni brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred, ideally in a resort or high-volume setting
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet state requirements for alcohol service
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
