Job Title: Pop-Up Experience Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Temporary Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: $27-$30 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)
Expected Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time, weekends and holidays as needed

Are you ready to bring joy, imagination, and unforgettable moments to life? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pop-Up Experience Manager to oversee the staff and operations of our upcoming pop-up experience for a highly recognizable, loveable, playful toy brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing a team of staff members, and delivering immersive luxury customer experience.
This is a seasonal position from October 20th to January 7th, with potential for continued employment with Winston Retail and other projects that may be available.
Responsibilities:-
Manage and supervise the pop-up staff and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Responsible for opening and closing the store and securing all store assets.

Maintain product knowledge and stay abreast of changes in product assortment.
- Assist in executing floor sets, pricing, signage, promotional activities, and other merchandising strategies according to brand directives.
- Participate in the management of the store’s inventory and expense items, including minimizing product shrink.
- Follow established policies, practices, and procedures, including quality, sanitary, and safety guidelines. This includes compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as maintaining a safe work environment.

Foster the brand image and reputation through impeccable personal presentation and attitude.

Ring customer transactions using the POS system and actively sell add-ons at the cash wrap. Follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Represent Winston appropriately and professionally to the client, client’s employees, and store customers.

Regularly communicate with Winston’s Regional Manager to ensure any concerns, challenges, and opportunities are addressed timely.

Adhere to all Winston policies and procedures.

Adhere to all store policies and procedures.

All other work-related duties as assigned by Store Management or Winston Regional Management.

Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device

Smartphones are required for reporting:

IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer

Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
Experience & Skills:-
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or event management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Requirements: Ability to be mobile within the store, including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally, and using ladders.
