Porotta Maker

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Porotta Maker to join our kitchen team in Doha. The ideal candidate must be passionate about preparing authentic and high-quality dishes. This position is open to candidates currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, soft, and layered Kerala-style porottas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
• Manage time efficiently during high-demand hours.
• Assist with inventory management for kitchen supplies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Porotta maker (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Immediate availability to join.
• Must have a valid QID and transferable NOC (Mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
