Responsibilities

-Identify and acquire new clients.- Good knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market.

- Making regular visits to all developers' offices.- Attending client meetings.- Establish professional and effective communication.

- Creating Sales/Business Development Strategies to Boost Business Volumes.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.

- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Result-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
