Role Overview

We’re seeking driven and polished sales consultants who have experience in Real Estate,

BFSI, or Luxury Retail Sales. If you understand what premium clients expect, love building

relationships, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, performance-based culture — you’ll feel

right at home at Nestrov.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and managing leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Advise clients on residential and investment properties across Dubai and

other key markets in the UAE.

  • Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and close high-value transactions.
  • Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to enhance client experience.
  • Stay updated on market movements, trends, and real estate laws.
  • Represent the Nestrov brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

Behavior & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage sales funnel, from lead

qualification to closure. Consultative, client-first selling approach with ability to advise on investment

value, ROI, and market trends.

  • Proven skills in lead management, negotiations, and closing high-value

transactions.

  • Performance-driven and outcome-oriented, with strong ownership of targets and

results.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and data insights to manage pipelines and

follow-ups.

  • Polished, ethical, and professional demeanor, representing the brand with

integrity and confidence.

  • Strong collaboration mindset, working effectively with marketing, CRM, and cross-

functional teams.

Experience & Education

  • 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI Sales in Dubai
  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Female candidates only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
