Portfolio Manager Property Management / Senior Property Management

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of a portfolio within our Property Management team. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of UAE property management regulations, and the ability to maintain high service standards while managing client relationships and site teams.

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property portfolio
• Oversee budgeting, service charge control, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Mollaq, and UAE regulations
• Supervise Property/Community Managers and site teams
• Manage client relationships and handle escalations
• Monitor vendor performance and service delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in owners association management
• Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Technologically sawy with experience in property management software
