We’re hiring Portfolio Managers to handle diverse property portfolios, convert qualified leads, and close high-value deals across Dubai’s thriving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert buyer leads into viewings and agreements
- Conduct comparative market analyses to accurately value properties
- Manage client portfolios and maximize investor returns
- Prepare and manage contracts (loyalty, purchase, rental, etc.)
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful transactions
- Maintain strong knowledge of communities, market trends, and mortgage options
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and legal partners to ensure smooth deals

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (Required)
- Portfolio Management / Investment Advisory experience (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
- Driving license (Preferred)
