The Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) Wound Closure & Healing Portfolio Strategy Manager will provide leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for developing and implementing market transition strategies. These strategies will drive the evolution of the global Wound Closure & Healing portfolio, in line with the Platform's portfolio optimization strategy.
The Portfolio Strategy Manager will regularly engage with regional and country/market leaders to develop and implement local strategies aligned with our global capabilities. The manager will collaborate closely with supply chain planners and value stream leaders to ensure accurate forecasting and effective capacity planning. Additionally, the manager will establish partnerships with members of the R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams, focusing on crucial aspects such as code creation, product registration, and launch strategy.
