The Role

We’re hiring a strategic and proactive Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead our expansion into Istanbul’s new construction market. This is not just a sourcing role — it’s your chance to shape the product offering of Topli in Turkey and influence how developers sell real estate in a fast-changing environment.

You'll work directly with sales executives and CEOs of development companies, identify top-tier projects, and negotiate win-win partnerships.



What You’ll Be Doing

Research Istanbul’s residential real estate market to identify high-potential developers and projects

Initiate and maintain contact with sales managers and decision-makers at development companies

Organize and lead business meetings to present the Topli platform and services

Negotiate and finalize commission-based partnership agreements

Secure and manage project content and documentation from developer partners

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process



What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of Istanbul’s new construction market

Proven track record in high-level B2B negotiations in real estate

Ownership mindset — you're accountable for results and thrive in autonomy

Fluency in Turkish (required); solid English skills for internal collaboration

Bonus: Background in business development or portfolio management
