Location : Tribeca, NYC

Schedule: Flexible for PT or FT schedule.

Part-time schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00 – 9:00pm

Full-time schedule : Monday – Friday, 1:00- 9:00pm

Children’s ages: 8 months old & 2.5 year old

Ideal start date: As soon as they find the right nanny!

Job Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Engaging and stimulating the children with age-appropriate activities
• Bottle feedings and sterilization of equipment
• Diaper changes and supporting healthy hygiene
• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids, sleep/potty training)
• Daily walks
• Help maintain the children’s schedules (regular feedings, play, exercise, naps)
• Help manage the children’s laundry
• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag
• Tidying up the children’s rooms and the main spaces where the children eat and play
• Cultivating a warm and nurturing environment
  
  

The Ideal Candidate is calm and collected, patient, reliable, kind, engaging, playful, compassionate, knowledgeable about child development, and enthusiastic about nurturing the children’s curiosity and interests.

Must have great communication skills, excellent references, and sound judgment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of nanny experience with infants
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–3 strong, relevant references.
• Infant CPR certified (or willing to renew certification)
  
  

Additional Notes

The family will greatly appreciate a nanny who can travel and do overnights – especially for the full-time role.

A background in early childhood education or childcare certifications is valued.

Compensation: approximately $40.00 per hour

Benefits: PTO, paid major holidays, MTA reimbursement, and additional benefits based on whether the position is full-time or part-time.
