Post Bar Law Clerk

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.

We are seeking a Post-Bar Law Clerk to support our attorneys in all phases of Lemon Law litigation. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate who has taken (or will soon take) the California Bar Exam and wants to gain hands-on experience in a consumer protection practice.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, replies and other supporting documents, discovery responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on Lemon Law and related statutory issues.
• Review case files and assist in developing litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all documents.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Sitting for or awaiting results of the California Bar Exam.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation preferred but not required.

Pay: $75,000 Annually
