Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles, C.A. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon.

The Paralegal position is a full-time, salaried position, with the responsibility of managing tasks and activities as assigned and required by the Director of Legal. This position and its related functions require interaction with many aspects of the Company. The overall effectiveness of the person in this role understands the importance of facilitating all content that flows between the Company’s internal and external customers. Consistently showing responsibility for matters that have been delegated until completed is essential to achieve the desired results in this role. The individual holding this position must manage the key responsibilities and stated functions as a solutions-oriented team member, to achieve compensation increases and/or career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and prepare responses to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and request for admission.
  • Coordinate and manage document productions, including identifying, reviewing, and organizing responsive materials.
  • Maintain calendaring and deadline tracking system to ensure timely response to discovery.
  • Develop, implement and support all legal efforts
  • Act as the point of contact for the Case Manager
  • Promote the Company philosophy and team atmosphere
  • Oversee and manage accurate digital records
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with assigned Case Manager
  • Encourage a collaborative problem-solving environment
  • Reinforce procedures and policies
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement

Required Attributes:

  • 2-3 Years Paralegal experience (per CA Business & Professions Code §6450*)

o Possess a certificate of completion from a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association (ABA); OR

o Possess a certificate of completion from a paralegal program at an accredited or approved postsecondary institution (per §6450(c)(2)); OR

o Hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject and have at least one year of law-related experience under the supervision of a licensed attorney; OR

o Have at least three years of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney and have completed 24 semester units in law-related courses.

  • Strong calendaring and deadline tracking skills
  • Familiarity with trial preparation procedures and documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly detailed, organized, and disciplined
  • Adaptability to a remote work environment, including self-motivation and time management
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct involvement in discovery responses and document production.
  • Background in Lemon Law preferred but not required.
  • Must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
  • Proficiency with legal document management and case management software (e.g., Filevine, Monday, Adobe)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually
