Position Overview:We are seeking an entry-level candidate or someone looking to make a career change into the title/real estate industry. The most important qualities for this role are a strong willingness to learn, the ability to retain information, and being highly trainable.

This position is designed as a stepping stone into key operational roles within the company. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple departments while contributing to critical day-to-day functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve outstanding/open checks within our trust account
• Assist with internal audits, reporting, and financial research tasks
• Support funding and post-closing departments with returning closing packages
• Assist the policy department with file processing and follow-ups
• Communicate with industry professionals (lenders, attorneys, agents) to clear escrow-related items
• Handle inbound and outbound phone communication professionally and efficiently
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on open items

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
