A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Hsieh Lab at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. The core focus of the Hsieh Lab is to interrogate the mechanisms by which post-transcriptional gene regulation governs cancer cell behavior at a molecular, cellular, and organismal level (Hsieh et al. Nature 2012, Schuster and Hsieh Trends in Cancer 2019, Liu et al. Science Translational Medicine 2019, Lim et al. Nature Comms 2021, Jana et al. Cancer cell 2023). The laboratory places a high emphasis of novel discoveries and academic development.
