Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the Oriskany, NY, Tampa, FL, Bloomfield, CT Cary, NC, Aurora, IL, Bridgewater, NJ, Omaha, NE, Warwick, RI, Clark Summit, PA, San Juan, PR office

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual roles predominately work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as needed for team events, meetings, training, business continuity, etc.

Processes intermediate to moderately complex non-financial transactions and basic financial transactions.

Explains all decisions made on policy changes or issues and provides detailed supportive documentation.

Responds to basic to complex inquiries, resolves simple to complex problems.

Performs research and analytical work to provide accurate, timely, and suitable responses to inquiries.

Follows through as necessary to finalize any changes resulting from completed transactions.

Partners with other business units to ensure successful implementation of corporate initiatives.

Other related duties as assigned or required.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

2+ years of business-related experience
Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of insurance experience

Strong knowledge of company operations, insurance products, lines of business, relevant regulations, and administrative systems.
