Post Production Data Technician (Photography Lab)

Digital Asset Operator | Film Solutions

The Digital Engine Room of the Entertainment Industry

For 20 years, the world’s major studios, networks, and production companies have relied on Film Solutions to manage their most valuable assets. We are a process-driven, high-accountability organization. We don’t just fill roles; we build technical experts. Our culture is built on Extreme Ownership. We provide the playbook and the precision-engineered training, and we expect you to provide high-level execution. Because we prioritize growth and invest deeply in our team, we promote almost exclusively from within.

The Mission

We are hiring a Digital Asset Operator for our Photography Post-Production Lab. This is an entry-level role that serves as the technical bedrock of our entire workflow and the primary stepping stone to our advanced lab positions.

This is a technical and operational role. It is NOT a creative photography, retouching, or "industry-adjacent" social role. You will not be taking or editing pictures. We are looking for an operator who finds satisfaction in technical mastery.

This Role is For You If:

  • You Find Your "Flow State" in Systems: You don’t just tolerate high-volume technical work, you thrive in it. You love the feeling of a perfectly cleared queue and a flawless data set.
  • You Have a "Physical Allergy" to Inaccuracy: You are genuinely bothered by a 1% error rate. You understand that in our engine room, "good enough" is a bottleneck.
  • You Want to Master the Playbook: You aren't looking to "just punch a clock." You want to own a standard-setting technical workflow and see this as a launchpad for your career within our crew.
  • You Crave Radical Clarity: You hate the "fog" of ambiguity. You thrive on clear scorecards, direct feedback, and the autonomy to win once you’ve mastered the system.

The Work: Mastering the Pipeline

  • Execute the Playbook: Command the intake, organization, and tracking of massive data volumes using our proprietary software and strict SOPs.
  • Technical Mastery: Utilize Adobe Lightroom and Bridge for high-velocity batch processing (import, metadata, and export).
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Apply surgical precision to file naming and quality checks. You are the final line of defense against data chaos.

Your 90-Day Scorecard

  • Day 30: 100% mastery of our Success Playbooks and internal SOPs. Zero rework required.
  • Day 60: Maintaining perfect accuracy while hitting our high-velocity throughput targets.
  • Day 90: You are a Trusted Gatekeeper, owning your station end-to-end and ready for the next level of responsibility.

Required Skills

  • Software: Working proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Bridge (specifically for batch processing).
  • Excel: Comfort with sorting, filtering, and high-accuracy data entry.
  • Reliability: A complete, verifiable work history that proves you are consistent and dependable. We value tenure and commitment.

How to Apply

  • Ensure your Indeed resume reflects a complete work history.
  • We do not require creative portfolios; we are looking for your operational track record.
  • Complete the mandatory short questionnaire that follows. Note: Incomplete applications or those who fail to follow instructions will not be considered.
