Post-Sale Customer Service Specialist

The Post-Sale Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, cleanliness, and performance of Robo Café machines after installation. The role focuses on post-sale operational support, service quality, and customer satisfaction across all assigned locations for 24/7 AROS Robo Cafés.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site operations and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the functionality and performance of all Robo Café machines and promptly report any issues.
  • Refill and manage consumables, including coffee, cups, sugar, and related items, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of Robo Café locations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for repairs, upgrades, or preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit accurate operational, stock, and incident reports on time.
  • Support special events, promotions, and marketing activities when required.


About you:

  • Reliability and Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and manage time effectively.
  • Physical endurance: Work requires maintenance of up to 5 machines daily, bending, lifting weights (up to 20 kilograms and performing various physical tasks).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and customer service.
  • Adaptability: The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods while remaining composed.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset are highly valued
  • Holder of valid driver's license B
  • Experience in the maintenance of food processing equipment or vending machines is welcome!
