Power BI Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence, with a proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their reporting needs. 

Perform data modeling and data preparation using Power Query and DAX. 

Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations. 

Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights that drive business improvements. 

Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices. 

Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and enhancements.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 

3-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis. 

Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop. 

Experience with SQL and data extraction from various sources (databases, Excel, etc.). 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus. 

Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts. 

Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
