Power BI & Data Analyst (FMCG / Retail Analytics)

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Power BI & Data Analyst with strong skills in data integration, modeling, DAX, and dashboard optimization—preferably with FMCG or retail analytics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect and integrate data from Excel, SPSS, SQL Server, Google Sheets, etc.
• Build efficient data models (star/snowflake schema, bridge tables).
• Develop advanced DAX measures (YoY growth, weighted averages, fiscal calendars).
• Clean and transform data using Power Query.
• Create interactive dashboards with hierarchies, drillthroughs, and filters.
• Optimize report performance and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Handle FMCG KPIs like market share, sales trends, and price elasticity.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience with Power BI Desktop & Service.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with multi-source data and different refresh schedules.
• Understanding of FMCG datasets (retail audits, surveys, POS).
• Strong data cleaning and analysis skills.

Preferred: SQL, SPSS, FMCG/Retail experience.
