Position: Power BI Developer – Reporting, Dashboard Development, Microsoft Fabric & Snowflake Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with deep expertise in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric (knowledge), and reporting/dashboard development. You will be responsible for building scalable BI solutions (Should worked at enterprise level), managing data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights through intuitive visualizations. Immediate joiners are preferred. Integration experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Leverage Snowflake for data modeling, querying, and seamless data integration.

• Use Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service to create scalable BI solutions.

• Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and gather reporting requirements.

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake connectors.

• Implement robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

• Ensure data governance, security, and quality across platforms. • Optimize performance of BI solutions using SQL, Snowflake, and Fabric tools.

• Partner with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align BI solutions with business objectives.

• Provide technical support and training to promote adoption and utilization.

• Stay current with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake advancements.Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI reporting and dashboard development.

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake – Required. • Snowflake Certification – Required.

• Strong skills in DAX, Power Query M, Alert configuration and data modeling.

• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.

• Experienced with Microsoft Fabric for scalable data integration.

• Good understanding of data security, compliance, and governance.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Synapse, Data Factory - Mandatory) and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

• Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric - not mandatory.
