Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: 6 Month extendable Contract

Monthly Salary: QAR 25,000 - 30,000 + VISA + Healthcare

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our client’s team in Doha, Qatar, on a 6-month extendable contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Financial Services industry , with strong technical expertise in data visualization, analytics, and dashboard development. Please note that this role requires an Arabic speaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to support monitoring, operations, and decision-making.
• Manage and optimize large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational and analytical needs into actionable visualizations .
• Develop and maintain data models , queries, and calculations using Power Query , DAX , and related tools.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and automate workflows for enhanced reporting efficiency.
• Apply Python for advanced data manipulation, automation, or integration where applicable.
• Ensure that all dashboards and reports adhere to design standards and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Power BI development , including dashboard design, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Power Query , DAX , and Python .
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and analytical storytelling.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in a production environment.
• Prior exposure to Financial Markets , Compliance , or Market Surveillance data is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
