Power BI Manager

QI Spine is looking for a dynamic Manager – BI & Analytics to build and lead our data and analytics function. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll drive data-led decision-making across clinical, operations, marketing, sales, and tech teams—helping us scale smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the organization’s BI & Analytics strategy
• Build and manage our data platform, dashboards, and reporting systems (Power BI/Tableau)
• Deliver actionable insights that impact patient care, growth, and efficiency
• Partner with leadership to embed a data-driven culture across teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10 years’ experience in BI/Analytics with proven team leadership
• Expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions
• Experience in healthcare, D2C, or B2C services preferred
