A leading energy company in United Arab Emirates is looking for a Field Operator to manage equipment operations and monitor plant conditions. The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power plants and a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Responsibilities include collaborating with Control Room Operators, performing regular equipment monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. A High School Diploma or Technical Certificate is required, while a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is recommended.
