The Power Platform Pre-Sales Consultant leads customer engagements, designs solution architectures, and showcases Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio capabilities to support sales cycles. The role involves conducting discovery workshops, presenting solution roadmaps to senior stakeholders, and preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and SoWs.
The consultant architects' end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with enterprise systems like Azure, M365, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. They create demos, prototypes, and PoCs to validate concepts and highlight business value.
The role includes designing AI-driven copilots with generative AI, enterprise knowledge integration, NLU, and omni-channel deployment while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices. They collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to support deal qualification, solution sizing, and pipeline conversion, and may contribute to marketing activities such as webinars and workshops.
Key Skills:
· Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (incl. RPA), Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
· Experience with Azure integrations and enterprise system connectors.
· Strong pre-sales abilities: Proposal creation, SoW writing, requirements discovery workshops, solution storytelling, and client presentations.
· Ability to translate business problems into scalable, value-driven Power Platform solutions.
