PPAP Coordinator (Contract – Madison, WI Region)

We are hiring a PPAP Coordinator for a contract assignment in the Madison, WI area. This role supports supplier quality and production teams to ensure all PPAP submissions meet customer and internal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supplier PPAP documentation and review for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain PPAP checklists, charters, and approval records.
• Work with inspectors and engineers to validate parts and ensure compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Track documentation updates and follow up with suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PPAP or supplier quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of AIAG PPAP standards and manufacturing processes.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and documentation systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
