PPC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling:
• Assist in preparing and monitoring production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources (materials, manpower, and machines).
• Process Monitoring and Improvement:
• Track and analyse production progress against the plan and identify areas of improvement.
• Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to address any delays or bottlenecks.
• Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain periodic MIS related to production performance.
• Generate and share reports with senior management for review and decision-making.
• Quality and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies on the shop floor.
• Support efforts to maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• 5S and ISO Practices:
• Promote and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Support the implementation and compliance of ISO systems.
• Cost and Resource Optimization:
• Assist in tracking costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities in production processes.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
