PPC Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

About the Role:
Brand Surge is looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results for client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, extensions, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management and clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in PPC or performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills for reporting and client coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
