Hiring: PPC Manager – Prestige Textile

Location: Gajjumata, Lahore

Experience: Minimum 5–7 Years

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

We are looking for a PPC Manager to oversee the entire production process of our textile digital printing unit, including labor management, workflow monitoring, and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in textile operations with hands-on experience in managing floor-level activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise labor teams and ensure disciplined work schedules

• Monitor production flow, quality control, and machine efficiency

• Coordinate order processing and on-time delivery to clients

• Maintain production records, inventory, and consumables

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of the facility

• Collaborate with senior management for planning and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in textile or fabric-related production operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good knowledge of printing machines, inks, and fabric handling

• Must be punctual, responsible, and process-oriented
