Job Purpose

The PPC Manager will be responsible for Production Planning & Control activities, ensuring smooth production operations, efficient utilization of resources, timely order execution, and coordination between production, merchandising, procurement, and quality departments to meet customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Warehouse departments for smooth workflow.
  • Prepare production schedules and monitor capacity utilization.
  • Track order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks affecting productivity.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and production SOPs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce wastage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control within the textile manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of textile production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
