About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven PPC Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to improve campaign performance
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Manage daily ad budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure effective spending
• Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setups
• Create and present weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design impactful ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and retargeting
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
• Ability to manage large budgets and multiple accounts simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or performance marketing for eCommerce
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency

Pay: ₹20,342.02 - ₹66,719.75 per month
