PPC & Operations Manager

Position: PPC & Operations Manager
Location: ZS Knitwear, Plot 33‑P, Chughtai Road, Off Anum Road, Farooq Industrial Estate, Gajjumatta, Lahore
Lahore-based candidates are preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) for all manufacturing operations
Develop and maintain weekly production schedules, identifying milestones, risks, and dependencies
Track end-to-end shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving delays
Oversee yarn management and dyeing workflows, ensuring alignment with schedules
Monitor accessories procurement and deliveries, liaising with vendors for on-time supply
Lead a cross-functional team across procurement, production, logistics, and quality
Prepare and present regular status reports (daily, weekly) with KPIs, challenges, and mitigation plans
Requirements3–5 years of experience in operations, PPC, or production planning
Bachelor’s (BBA) or MBA in Management, Business, Operations, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience
