Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PPC and Social Media Ads Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and well-versed in campaign strategy, execution, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and other ad networks.
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Write ad copy, select visuals, and coordinate with the creative team for campaign assets.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and deliver accurate performance reports.
  • Implement remarketing and funnel strategies to drive conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
