We are seeking a PPC Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. This role is all about strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. If you thrive on analyzing performance metrics, running A B tests, and turning clicks into conversions, this is the position for you.

In this hands on role, you will develop and execute paid search and social strategies, conduct in depth keyword and competitor research, write ad copy that converts, and collaborate on landing pages designed to maximize return on investment. You will monitor campaigns daily, adjust bids and creative based on performance trends, and report on key metrics such as click through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, Quality Score, and return on investment. Staying ahead of PPC trends, testing new ideas, and ensuring best practices are implemented will be critical to your success.

This is a full time, onsite position in Englewood, NJ. You will have direct ownership of campaigns and budgets, giving you the opportunity to make a measurable impact on results and see the effect of your work in real time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on paid campaigns
• Hands on expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Experience with performance marketing, conversion tracking, and optimization
• Excellent attention to detail and a results oriented mindset
• Google Ads Certification preferred; knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation:

In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, this position falls within Pay Grade 9 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table applicable to the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania region. Final compensation will be based on experience and education.
