PPC Specialist

We are PHPTRAVELS.COM, a software company based in Lahore Pakistan, working in travel technology since 2014. We are looking for a PPC Specialist with 1 to 3 years experience to hire ASAP.

The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid campaigns focused on real outcomes like leads, conversions, and ROI not just clicks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube
• Perform keyword research based on intent and conversion potential
• Write high-converting ad copy and test variations
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, and most importantly conversions
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Run A B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Manage budgets and improve ROI consistently
• Analyze performance data and scale winning campaigns
• Work closely with landing page and SEO teams

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in PPC or Google Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Good copywriting skills for ad creatives

• Experience in SaaS or travel industry campaigns
• Understanding of funnels and lead generation strategy
• Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
• Familiarity with landing page optimization

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
