About the Role

We’re hiring PPC Specialists who can deliver best-in-class paid advertising campaigns across international markets. You’ll be based in Islamabad, working closely with our experienced UAE team, and executing strategies for high-profile clients in Dubai, London, and beyond.

Please note: This is a full-time in-office role in Islamabad. Remote or freelance applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning
- Build, test, and refine ad creatives and copy to maximise CTR and conversions
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and deliver clear, actionable reporting
- Monitor platform updates, competitor activity, and market trends to stay ahead
- Collaborate with our content, design, and SEO teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently, driving measurable ROI for clients

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance marketing at a digital agency
- Proven experience managing international campaigns (UK, US, UAE)
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing best practices
- Skilled in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
- Strong ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and deliver results
- Experience in A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimisation
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by performance metrics
