PPC Specialist / Performance Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, campaign performance, social media ads, analytics, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and manage search, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, keywords, creatives, and targeting.

Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels in coordination with the design and web teams.
  • Ensure quality leads with efficient cost per lead (CPL).

Social Media Handling

  • Manage and schedule social media postings across company platforms.
  • Handle paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement related to campaigns.

Optimization & Performance Improvement

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, ROAS, and CPL.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytical performance reports.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and data-driven strategies for improvement.

Coordination & Strategy

  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign alignment.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and platform updates.
  • Assist in developing overall digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist / Performance Marketer.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Experience in lead generation campaigns.
  • Understanding of keywords research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable reports.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts and budgets.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
