1. Job Summary

The PPF Applicator is responsible for applying Paint Protection Film to vehicles to protect painted surfaces from scratches, chips, and environmental damage. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of various PPF techniques and materials.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicle surfaces before film application.
• Measure, cut, and apply PPF accurately to designated areas (hood, bumpers, fenders,
• mirrors, etc.).
• Use heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to ensure smooth and bubble-free application.
• Inspect final results and perform quality control checks.
• Remove old film or adhesive as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools.
• Collaborate with detailing and body shop teams for vehicle readiness.
• Maintain proper inventory of PPF materials and supplies.
• Handle and store film products according to manufacturer guidelines.

3. Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in PPF application, vinyl wrapping, or auto detailing (preferred).
• Experience with brands like XPEL, HEXIS, 3M, SunTek, or STEK is a plus.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Good knowledge of paint protection film tools and materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting and manoeuvring around vehicles.

4. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 kg for extended periods.
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments depending on workshop setup.

5. Work Schedule

• 6 days a week
• Working hours: 10am-7pm
• Overtime may be required based on workload.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
