Position Overview: ONLY EUROPEAN/BRITISH/RUSSIAN/MOROCCAN/LEBANESE FEMALE
LOCATION: REMOTE Preferred
The PR & Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image and public perception of Urban
Dreams Hospitality. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, a strategist, and a connector - someone who can manage
public relations platforms, create marketing funnels, develop audience segmentation strategies, and represent the
company across media and events.
You will work closely with the Founders to execute the vision with marketing campaigns, building meaningful brand
presence, and ensure consistent, high-quality visibility across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Brand Representation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to strengthen Urban Dreams’ presence in Dubai and the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, real estate expos, and networking functions.
Manage press releases, media kits, and brand communications with a consistent voice and narrative.
Coordinate media interviews, coverage opportunities, and partnership activations
Marketing Strategy & Funnel Development:
Design and implement marketing funnels to generate leads and nurture investor interest.
Conduct audience segmentation and market analysis to identify key investor demographics and guest profiles.
Develop campaigns to enhance brand recognition and increase conversion rates across digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Digital & Social Media Collaboration:
Work closely with the social media team to ensure consistency in tone, message, and brand visuals.
Guide the creation of content calendars, ad strategies, and influencer collaborations.
Monitor engagement and analytics to refine marketing performance and optimize reach.
Events & Community Engagement:
Identify strategic opportunities for brand participation in community and corporate events.
Conceptualize and manage PR events, investor meetups, and brand activations.
Strengthen the company’s relationship with community groups, associations, and local media.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years of proven PR and marketing experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle
sectors.
Strong understanding of media relations, branding, and event marketing in Dubai and the GCC.
Experience in building marketing funnels, segmentation strategies, and campaign analytics.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, professional, and charismatic in public settings.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
