Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced PR & Communications Manager to lead our public relations and corporate communications initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping the brand narrative, managing media relations, and driving impactful communication strategies across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of regional media contacts and a proven track record of securing high-value coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and securing regional and national media coverage.
  • Serve as the company spokesperson and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and public appearances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional media houses, journalists, and influencers.
  • Oversee crisis communication planning and execution.
  • Create and manage content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends; prepare reports and insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
  • Maintain and update the company’s media kit and PR assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations.
  • Strong network of regional media contacts and proven ability to secure coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Proficiency in PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and social media platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-specific experience (in real- estate).
  • Public speaking and event management experience.
  • Familiarity with CMS and digital content tools.
