PR & Influncer Executive

Job Title: In-House PR and Influncer management executive – Fashion Warehouse

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

This role combines traditional public relations with modern influencer and media collaborations to elevate the brand’s visibility across the GCC and international luxury markets. The manager builds high-impact partnerships with fashion editors, journalists, stylists, and digital creators while ensuring the brand maintains a premium image

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the company’s business and marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for media exposure, brand partnerships, and public events to boost visibility.

Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets (print, digital, TV, radio).
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official statements.
  • Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews or press conferences.

Content & Messaging

  • Oversee the creation of PR materials such as press releases, speeches, Q&A briefs, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone, values, and visual identity.

Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute brand events, product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, and VIP gatherings.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, collaborations, and appearances at industry events.

Crisis Management

  • Act as the primary contact for crisis communications, providing timely responses and solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain a crisis communication plan.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track media coverage, prepare PR performance reports, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or risks.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Media Partnerships

  • Identify, vet, and secure collaborations with top-tier influencers, fashion bloggers, and celebrities aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets for influencer campaigns (posts, reels, event appearances, capsule collections).
  • Maintain a curated database of key media and influencer contacts across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and global fashion capitals.
  • Organize influencer gifting programs, seeding strategies, and exclusive previews of collections.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Co-create campaign concepts with influencers and media partners to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
  • Oversee creative briefs, timelines, and content approvals to guarantee brand consistency.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) for influencer collaborations and media placements.

Press & Media Relations

  • Draft and distribute press releases, lookbooks, and media kits for new collections, events, and partnerships.
  • Secure high-profile editorial features, interviews, and coverage in luxury fashion magazines, digital platforms, and broadcast outlets.
  • Arrange press days, showroom visits, and private previews for journalists and stylists.

Event Activation

  • Plan and execute influencer and media events: collection launches, fashion shows, VIP trunk shows, and private dinners.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and production teams to capture high-quality content.

Brand Representation & Crisis Management

  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for influencer and media inquiries.
  • Manage reputation and respond to sensitive issues swiftly, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury image.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of PR experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong network of media contacts across GCC and international markets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital PR trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
