As a PR Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting the PR team to amplify CHANEL’s presence in the luxury industry. From managing press samples to organizing high-profile events, your contributions will help shape the narrative of an iconic brand. Your Main Responsibilities
Media Monitoring and Reporting

Support the PR team by conducting daily monitoring of digital, social media, and print clippings to track CHANEL’s visibility.

Assist with creating detailed monthly activity reports for all three business divisions.
Database and Stock Management

Update and maintain the PR database with precision and accuracy, ensuring information is always current.

Organize and manage the PR stock room and library, ensuring press tools and materials are accessible when needed.
Event Coordination

Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue research, RSVP coordination, and managing logistics such as hair and makeup and model sourcing.

Help with the distribution of press tools, including press kits and other PR materials, ensuring flawless communication with stakeholders.
Press Samples and Requests

Manage press samples for editorial shoots across fashion, beauty, and watches/jewelry using tools like Fashion GPS.

Respond to press inquiries, providing information on product images, samples, pricing, and other details as required.
Special Projects

Contribute to the coordination of exclusive CHANEL photoshoots, ensuring smooth planning and execution.

Assist in organizing press trips, including destination research, restaurant reservations, and updating itineraries.
