PR Manager (Influencer & Brand Relations)

We are looking for a creative and proactive PR Manager to handle our Instagram influencer collaborations and manage the entire process of sending PR packages & latest drops. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with influencers, ensure timely execution of PR campaigns, and maximize brand visibility through engaging collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, shortlist, and connect with relevant Instagram influencers & content creators.
• Maintain a database of influencers with updated contact details and collaboration history.
• Coordinate PR packages/unboxings – ensuring timely delivery of our latest drops to influencers.
• Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, gifting, and collaborations.
• Track, monitor, and report on influencer posts, stories, reels, and overall performance.
• Work with the marketing team to align influencer PR activities with campaign goals.
• Develop creative PR strategies to build hype around launches and new collections.
• Ensure smooth communication between influencers and the brand.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, influencers, and social media culture.
• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations (fashion/retail preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Passion for fashion, branding, and digital PR.
