PR/ Marketing & Communications - Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies for various financial products and services.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for brochures, websites, blogs, email campaigns, whitepapers, video scripts, and more.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels.
  • Monitor financial industry trends, competitor messaging, and market insights to refine communication approaches.

Public Relations & Brand Management

  • Lead public relations initiatives, including writing and distributing press releases, managing media inquiries, and securing media coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with financial and business media, journalists, and key industry influencers.
  • Position company leadership as thought leaders through interviews, bylines, speaking opportunities, and executive communication.

Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and manage social media content calendars and influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with digital teams to align messaging across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Analyze performance data and adjust communication strategies for impact and reach.

Event Campaigns & Internal Communication

  • Develop communication strategies and content for product launches, webinars, client events, and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with event teams on pre- and post-event messaging, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
  • Support internal communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals.

Brand Voice & Governance

  • Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to financial regulations and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in PR and marketing communications, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and the regulatory environment impacting marketing communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex financial topics for a wider audience.
  • Experience in SEO, content marketing, influencer management, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in CMS, CRM, analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
