Position: Public Relations (PR) Specialist

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in managing PR activities, handling multiple accounts (including in-house brands), and strengthening client relationships by aligning our offerings with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance visibility and reputation.

Manage multiple and in-house accounts, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcasing the value of our offerings and ensuring alignment with their goals.

Connect the company’s services/offerings with client needs through effective storytelling and positioning.

Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, newsletters, and other PR materials.

Build and nurture relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.

Organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and brand activations.

Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign performance and media coverage.

Handle crisis communication and reputation management effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of proven PR experience, preferably in industry – Real Estate, Corporate, etc.

Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships effectively.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate relationship-building capabilities.

Established media network and understanding of digital PR/social media engagement.

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
