Looking for Legal Practice Developers PAN India for a leading legal chamber based in Delhi

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals from Legal background as a Legal Practice development professional to join alliance team of a leading Legal Chamber based out in Delhi, India. You will be responsible for bringing in legal matters onboard and function as a bridge between the firm and external stakeholders - Clients, Government bodies and High-net-worth Individuals and Companies. You will provide strategic legal practice methods to build long term relations for Chambers and execute them to build practice relations.

• Cities : Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Srinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Indore & Cuttack
• Role: Law Practice Developer & Relations Expert
• Employment Type: Contract
• Annual Pay: Commensurate with experience
• Initial Contract: 12 months

Responsibility :

• Convert possible leads into potential clients.
• Builds Chamber’s legal practice pan-India.
• Organically create awareness of the work done by the Chambers.
• Setup monthly online and offline meetings for the Chambers.
• Work on generating clients through professional associations, collaborations and references.
• Expand Arbitration & Insolvency practice verticals in key cities.
• Figure appropriate prospects for association as per Chamber's legal expertise.
• Build and manage the Chamber’s relations with High-net-worth Clients & Companies.

Requirements :

• Exceptional personality, negotiation and communication skills.
• Consistent in building high quality relations year after year.
• Experience in maintaining network with large pool of clients.
• Experience in managing influential personalities as clients.
• Proven track record of managing leads and conversions in legal domains.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Legal Networking in India.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
