Practice Specialist (SAP EWM)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to lead the functional implementation of SAP EWM within our organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure the smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP EWM to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP EWM Implementation & Integration

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP EWM.
• Strong experience in MM/WM and EWM implementation .
• Hands-on experience in data migration from MM/WM to EWM.
• Implement and integrate barcode systems .
• Configure EWM processes for:
• Packaging with serial numbers
• Packaging specifications
• Value-Added Services (VAS)

2. Documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

3. Project Management Support

• Support project planning, including timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations .
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps .
• Experience in the oil & gas sector and/or Middle East region preferred.
• Familiarity with change management procedures and project documentation.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming .
• Experience in Flexible Workflow implementation within MM and EWM processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Test Planning and Test Management .
